Through my ongoing work with TSB Communications, a Vancouver, BC-based group of companies, I've grown into a multidisciplinary creative professional. My expertise spans UI/UX and product design for web and mobile, graphic design, WordPress, Shopify, social media assets, 3D design consulting, and video editing — a constantly evolving mix that keeps me at the top of my craft.
What Sets Me Apart

1. End-to-end ownership with zero gaps
Across every context, I am the person who takes something from nothing to done and stays accountable through every phase. Feasibility research, design, contractor coordination, stakeholder presentation, dev handoff, live iteration, client retention. I do not hand off problems. I own the outcome.
2. Systems thinking applied to human-facing problems
My architecture background is not a detour — it is the foundation. I have always designed at multiple scales simultaneously: the site and the city block, the UI component and the product flow, the single order form and the full CRM platform. Connecting complexity to simplicity is my default mode.
3. Durability and investment return
Four years at TSB navigating six platform pivots, government contract extensions, 90% client retention rates, and design decisions that held up at real scale — 3.6M bookings and $26M in healthcare savings. I do not leave when things get hard. I get more useful as the context gets more complex.

A Multidisciplinary Design Leader with Architectural Roots

With over 15 years of experience in the job market, including a five-year foundation in architecture and project management, I bring a rare blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and adaptability shaped by work across small companies and government environments.
This background has trained me to navigate complex approval processes, formal contracts, and highly discerning stakeholders with clarity and precision.
In 2018 I immigrated from Brazil to Canada to pursue a post-degree diploma in Web Design, and over the past four years I have served as Art Director at TSB Communications, while also supporting Operations Management for Bella Staging and acting as Product Manager for Bella Virtual. In parallel, I have worked as a Web Designer and 3D Rendering Consultant for Ark+Mason Interior Design Firm, Graphic Designer for social media and marketing collateral at Headshots Photo and Akshon Media, and as a UI/UX Designer for Lab Online Booking.
i AM well known for:

Being a beloved pet sitter. What can I say? I have a talent for melting the hardest personalities.
A committed and loyal friend. As a shy and solo immigrant, I value and cultivate each one of my connections with great care.
For my passion for understanding how things work. From mechanics to pastry, my generalist curious mind must see how things are made.
A fast-moving coworker, I value the effort of being present in myself and in the others around me, testing fast, failing faster, reviewing, switching, and trying again. I am really good at multitasking and time management. Addicted to the rush, it is a pattern that repeats across different countries and industries. I end up embracing more than planned. In Brazil I managed 16 projects at the same time (planning and construction permits) and here I work for a group of 5 companies and have 12 external clients for website maintenance alone.
A few assessments have led me to conclude that I am this way because of my empathy, curiosity, excellent time management and conflict resolution skills.
My time at the most prestigious Architecture University in Brazil helped me acquire and shape my capacity to detach ego from result, focusing on final goals and applying constructive feedback. Some extraordinary people along the way taught me the importance of good communication and a healthy environment to bring out the best in everyone around me, making happy journey and our time as meaningful as possible on this Earth.
Bella Virtual Staging - Support Operations Role

While UI/UX designer and researching the operations working flow, I eventually participate in order as QA and consultation, to ensure the clients are well attended, specially the clients from interior design and constructions field, which the order demands more customization than a traditional virtual staging and 3d rendering. I support Bella Ops Team in many employees' transitions, vacations and PTOs while I design the system that will replace the manual labor and speed their workflow and solve their pains.
