LUK Real Estate Group is a Vancouver-based commercial brokerage specializing in retail, investment, and development across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Founded on principles of integrity and deep market knowledge, LUK operates in a space where credibility is everything — clients are making multi-million dollar decisions and they need a firm that signals expertise before the first conversation even happens.
The challenge was to design a website that could carry the weight of that trust while also functioning as a working business tool: one that surfaces active listings, communicates service depth across retail, development, and investment, and converts site visitors into qualified leads.

Design Challenges
Credibility at first glance
Commercial real estate clients are sophisticated. The design had to communicate authority and market knowledge immediately — not through decoration, but through structure, clarity, and the weight of a real transaction portfolio.
Multi-audience navigation
The site serves distinct user types: private investors looking for off-market opportunities, business owners seeking lease space, and developers sourcing land assemblies. Each has a different goal and a different entry point. The navigation and content hierarchy had to serve all three without creating friction for any of them.
Dynamic listings within a static CMS
LUK's inventory changes frequently across property types — retail, industrial, office, and development sites across 11+ cities. The system needed to present active listings clearly and allow the team to manage updates without relying on a developer for every change.
Portfolio that earns trust without oversharing
Many transactions are confidential. The success stories and portfolio sections needed to communicate scale ($46M+, 32+ deals, transactions across BC) while respecting client confidentiality — a balance between proof and discretion.
